Precision Building Solutions Engineering
With the partnership of BMD, Precision Building Solutions Engineering, formerly JCWagner, combines the opportunities and flexibility of a small engineering services company with the stability and backing of a well-established company. As a result, our customers will be able to order a custom large opening, have it engineered, and then installed through Precision Building Solutions Installation Services without having to search for all these services separately. In today’s marketplace, this is a tremendous time-saver.
Precision Building Solutions, formerly JCWagner & Associates, was founded by Doug Wagner in 2010 based on a vision to provide cost effective engineering services and solutions with a focus on design-build. Doug also wanted to provide a service where Contractors could “design on the fly” in response to how problems usually arise during the construction process and to use modern technology to provide efficient engineering support. Doug’s focus on design-build is a direct result of his 15+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.
Meet the Engineering Services Team
Doug Wagner, P.E.
Engineering Manager
Doug was born in Kansas City, attended Purdue University where he graduated in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. He spent 15 years in Construction and 15 years in Engineering. His passion is developing design-build details to help Contractors build more efficiently. My favorite hobbies are swimming, backpacking, and traveling.
Hazen Talbott, P.E.
Senior Engineer
Hazen grew up in Santa Maria on the central coast of California. After earning his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of California in Irvine, he worked for 10 years at an engineering firm in Orange County before moving north to be closer to his in-laws. Hazen enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, traveling and working on projects around the house.
Omar Ramos Lopez
Staff Engineer
Omar grew up in Lodi and after graduation attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.He pursued dual B.S. degrees in Civil and Architectural, and while going to school he also had the pleasure to work for High Steel Structures LLC and RealWinWin (now known as BidEnergy). After staying in Philadelphia for 7 years, Omar moved back to California and started a new chapter in his life, where he then began to work for JCWagner & Associates in 2018. His hobbies include traveling, going to concerts, oh, and of course eating!
Nate Lindner
BIM Technician
Nate grew up in San Ramon, California. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from RIT and his MS from Philadelphia University. Nate enjoys hiking, gardening, and kayaking in his spare time.
Chandy Mao
BIM Technician
As far back as Chandy can remember, she's been passionate about designing and creating projects. This is manifested in her studies and degree in Fine Arts, her hands-on construction training. Chandy's love for building modeling that quickly developed in her Revit software studies. She is also a people person and construction gives her the perfect opportunity to engage with people from various backgrounds and cultures. Chand's life is her job and she enjoys the opportunities it presents.

Precision Building Solutions Installation has over 40 years of window experience. Therefore, we offer complete services designed to support the unique needs of residential and commercial builders installing windows and doors in California and Nevada. Precision Building Solutions Installation specializes in installing large and complex door systems - including Multi-slide, Lift-n-Slide and Bi-fold.
Our partnership with Precision Building Solutions Engineering and BMD allows our customers the ability to order a custom large opening, have it engineered, and then installed without searching for all these services separately. In today’s marketplace, this is a tremendous time-saver and and helps increase margins without compromising quality.

Chris Martin, CDT
Sale Director
Chris grew up in the SF east bay area and is a 6th generation Californian. He graduated from Fresno State University with a business degree. Upon graduation he became a carpenter for Habitat for Humanity working on the east coast and became drawn to the construction industry. He was a finish carpenter for two bay area Construction firms throughout his 20’s. He joined BMD in 1994 in the millwork division in Architectural Sales. He became an Installation Masters Trainer in 2005 and earned his CSI, CDT in 2017. His hobbies, aside from work, are reading, exercise, playing the piano and hanging out with his wife.
Ryan Swinney
Project Manager
Ryan Swinney was born and raised in California. After attending college out of state, where he received a degree in Architectural Design and Building Construction, Ryan moved back to the Central Valley of California. He has worked for BMD/PBSI for over 15 years, most recently in the role as a Project Manager in the PBSI Division. Ryan has over 20 years of AutoCad experience and is a AAMA installation Master Window/Door Certified Installer. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons next to the pool.
Parker Steiger
Project Coordinator
Parker has over a decade of experience in the building industry with a specific emphasis on windows and doors. He has managed projects in high-end residential and commercial settings ranging from historic remodels to new construction builds and beyond. He has a passion for developing and maintaining strong business relationships through his work-ethic and dependability. When Parker is not working on a set of plans, he also enjoys going to sporting events, playing music and spending time with his wife.
